A washable cover and a machine-washable mattress pad are different things. The decisive question is which component can be washed, not whether washable appears somewhere in the listing title.
Compare the construction first

The TEMPUR option is a cushioning topper, not a verified all-night cooling winner. A similarly named mattress or replacement cover can have different instructions. Do not apply topper-cover instructions to a complete mattress.
Read the care label as a component list
Before buying, record the pad or topper name, cover version, material inside and permitted wash and dry settings. Check whether the seller supplies the complete topper, only a replacement cover or a pad without any removable cover at all.
A zip can make removal possible without making every part washable. Memory foam should not go into the machine simply because the surrounding fabric does. If the label is missing or unclear, ask the manufacturer before washing.
Decide what needs protection
If spills or pet accidents are likely, ask whether a separately identified waterproof protector is appropriate. A removable fabric cover is not automatically waterproof. Keep the manufacturer’s recommended layer order and check total mattress depth before fitting the sheet.
